JSC “Biocentras” bacterial preparations and technologies of their use are covered by Patents of Lithuania (1992) No 3111B and (1992) No 3112B and Patent of USA (1996) No 5494580, all owned by JSC “Biocentras”.
Projects of European Research and Developments Cooperation Program “Eureka”, International Programs 5 Framework and 6 Framework, in which company take part are covered by laws of EU.
The purchase price paid for the JSC “Biocentras” preparations and technology by end users grants them a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use preparations and technology for their needs only, not for resale. A separate commercial license is available from JSC “Biocentras” for commercial uses or applications.
