Emulvinas

Biological surfactant “Emulvinas” is multi – cultured preparation obtained by submerged cultivation of non pathogenic nature microorganisms. The preparation is non-toxic, non-caustic, non-corrosive, harmless to humans and animals, friendly to the environment and completely biodegradable. Preparation is available in frozen paste form.

   Biological surfactant “Emulvinas” is effective for washing of a wide spectrum of hydrocarbons from oil polluted soil and oil polluted surfaces. It has an effective temperature range from 45ºC to 55ºC, with optimum at around 50ºC. “Emulvinas” operating pH range between 8,0-11,0 with optimum range 9,5-10,5. Biological surfactant “Emulvinas” is intended for washing of oil-polluted soil, oil capacities, repositories and pipes.

   Soil polluted by high concentration of oil can not be cleaned using oil degrading biological preparation “Degradoilas” only. Soil washing with “Emulvinas” reduces soil cleaning time more than 3 times and 80 - 90% of washed out oil can be reused. The preparation was successfully used for washing of oil polluted soil and oil polluted reservoirs. Usually the washing of 1 t oil polluted soil requires 2 t of “Emulvinas”.

“Emulvinas” is available in bulk quantities in different volume plastic bottles, jerry cans, barrels. “Emulvinas” should be stored at temperature minus (10±2)ºC.
